Welcome to the Tappan Credit Union. We have been serving the employees and families of The Tappan Company for almost 80 years. We are proud to be one of the first credit unions in Mansfield, Ohio to meet the financial needs of a once thriving industrial workforce. We are even more pleased to be able to continue this service to current and future generations of the Tappan family with competitive banking products and unparalleled service.

Chartered in 1935, the Tappan Employees Credit Union was created to meet on-site banking needs for the employees of The Tappan Stove Company. The Tappan - Mansfield plant closed and the credit union moved to its current location at 191 Park Avenue East (in a building once occupied by the Westinghouse Credit Union) in 1992, where we continue to serve the Tappan community today.

We are a privately chartered credit union whose membership is open to Tappan Co. employees and families of former/retired employees.
